About Book

The gluten- free

‘The Gluten-Free Goddess’ Cookbook’ offers more than 250 comforting and nourishing recipes created for people with allergies, gluten sensitivities, or celiac disease, and for anyone who believes eating clean can be both healing and delicious. Karen Sullivan grew up watching her celiac grandmother manage dietary restrictions, but she only understood gluten’s impact when her own health demanded change. Years of arthritis, digestive troubles, and Lyme disease led her to eliminate gluten, which restored her health and transformed how she approached food.

The cookbook includes recipes for daily breakfast and brunch, family-friendly dinners, sweets and desserts, fitness meals, holiday celebrations like New Year’s and Valentine’s Day, Juneteenth-inspired dishes, Thanksgiving spreads, Christmas and winter gatherings, and soups for every season. Beyond recipes, Karen provides practical guidance on stocking your pantry, making smart ingredient substitutions, and preventing cross-contamination in your kitchen. These recipes demonstrate that gluten-free cooking can be simple, satisfying, and accessible for everyday living.
